Atelier are a full service integrated digital agency based in Southampton. After a change in leadership and shift in focus, the new management team were under pressure to bring new business into the agency. Conversion of warm leads and the sales funnel was holding the agency back from future growth.
What We Did
The Managing Director attented one of Robert Craven’s Agency Growth Programs (Google Elevator) and completed business coaching over four months.
With expert advice and mentoring she was able to improve the nuts and bolts of Atelier. Specifically; improving proposal quality, assessing positioning of pricing on a regular basis, measuring key metrics for lead generation, conversion rates of sales and client feedback. Atelier trialled new methods for tracking their new business pipeline, introducing shorter timelines for prospect feedback and started to convert warm leads into confirmed clients.
