Cardinal Path has been awarded the title of the Most Influential Agency/Vendor, 2015, by the Digital Analytics Association.
They approached the Directors’ Centre to help with strategic planning, design and to sense-check the strategy, purpose and direction of a global training program; the program’s purpose is to mentor the top digital agencies across 30+ countries. The program, the Google Partners Coaching Program, would be rolled out via a cadre of specially selected coaches, one per country.

What We Did
The Directors’ Centre’s business consultants pressure tested ideas and approaches and contributed “valuable and valued input”. Much of the strategy work focused on the initial module on how mentors were engaged and approached.
We also attended and participated in a four-day train the coach program at Google Dublin.
Along with helping to develop the programme, Robert Craven ran the London groups and was a mentor to participants.
The Directors’ Centre’s original role was very open-ended at the start of this highly prestigious program. And they were able to respond accordingly. They ensured we could see the wood for the trees and that we would not lose our razor sharp focus.
Robert Craven morphed from subject matter expert, to become my own mentor, helping Cardinal Path to improve and sharpen the strategic planning and focus of the overall program.
