At 17 years old, Hallam had grown to such a size that a reorganisation was required. The structure that had worked so well in the past, was now beginning to hold the company back. A plan was needed to restructure teams in order to stay close to clients and continue to deliver a high quality service.
What We Did
Our strategy workout with Hallam led us to unpick the organisation structure and culture that wasn’t working. Our consultants and the senior Hallam team agreed that their managers were central to spearheading change and ensuring new practices were adopted, standards met and targets exceeded.
