Slow Down

Posted: December 2, 2015 by Jaime Stenning

I suspect that most of us are so busy responding and forwarding and cc’ing that often we miss the opportunity that is sitting there in front of our very eyes.

If you just slow down and look at the multitude of emails that are heading your way, you may see some that could be disproportionately valuable but at the moment you just can’t see it for looking… potential joint venture partners/ potential clients/ potential big customers.

My point is that we have become so accustomed to zapping through emails that we have lost the ability to see what might actually be worth taking the time and nurturing. Not only do you need to slow down to see these opportunities but you also need to slow down to nurture them.

Thought for the day

How often have you missed an opportunity because you have been moving too fast…?
