Celebrating Success

Posted: November 30, 2017 by Jaime Stenning

When did you last raise a glass to your company’s success?

Celebrating achievements not only recognises and rewards the hard work of your employees; it also brings life to an organisation, boosting morale and feelings of comradery.

Robert Craven’s talk Building Your Team tackles the subject of recognition in the workplace. Watch the video below for answers to the following questions:

  • How should your company structure its reward system?
  • What is the best way to reward the hard work of an individual?
  • How should wider business achievements be recognised and applauded?
  • Do small, frequent rewards work better than long term incentives?

Celebrating our Clients’ Achievements

Last month Robert attended a Google Partners Global Summit in New York to watch our clients and friends win two of the six awards on offer. Push Group won the First for Mobile Innovation and Fountain Partnership won the Award for Growing Businesses online.

In addition to this, another of our clients, Adventure Bar, won Best UK Bar at the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards for The Escapologist. If you’ve seen their vintage-inspired interior you will understand why. They’re based in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden; we’d highly recommend a visit.

Congratulations to our clients – we’re sure they celebrated in style!
