So what is it? How does it work?

Take Robert Craven and up to ten business owners... lock them in a room for a day...

What happens on the day?

We will talk about all of our businesses - our key issues... what's holding us back... We will use our discussions to help all of us to grow and run better businesses. Robert will lead the discussion bringing his wealth of business experience to the meeting.

But the day is NOT about talk... the day is about ACTION - what are you going to do... by when... and how will you know you have succeeded? This is not for the faint-hearted.

Friday 12th September - Price: £400+VAT - which includes coffees, teas, refreshments and lunch. (why not combine this with a weekend away in the beautiful historic city of Bath)

Timing on the day

Meet the night before in the bar from 21.00 (optional)

On the day:

• 08:15: Registration
• 09:00: Workshop starts
• 11:00: Coffee
• 13:00: Working lunch
• 15:30: Tea
• 17:00: Workshop closes: adjourn to the bar (optional)

Next Steps

Preparation Work: you will be asked to complete a simple business profile outlining your key business issues and what you would like to discuss.

On the day: bring your enthusiasm and your positive attitude. The energy level will be very high and focused on results. Your fellow delegates will have the same high expectations of you as you have of them.
