The Forum Programme
We meet every quarter for a one-day meeting. They ensure that you are challenged and held accountable on a regular basis, along with having an opportunity to discuss current issues in person. We will cover business topics from planning and strategy, sales and marketing through to people and culture. Meetings are a combination of:
- Sign-in updates and accountability check-ins
- ‘Cool Stuff’ shares
- Business issue exploration sessions
- TED-talk type intensive masterclass sessions
- Business defences
- Declarations of intent.
As member, you’ll have access to hour-long monthly forum conference calls, with the whole group.

This digital forum is where you can get almost any question answered almost immediately by a member of the DAMG team or a fellow member.
